1. What we collect

• Email (to send your certificate)
• Your idea text (encrypted with AES-256)
• AI question answers (optional)
• IP address (for spam protection)
• Access log (audit log, immutable)

2. How we use your data

We use it only to: generate your certificate, run AI evaluation, send transactional emails. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with AI trainers without your consent.

3. Who can see your idea

By default, your idea is private. Only you can see it. If you choose "public", anyone can verify it via the ID. We never reveal your real identity — we use an anonymized code (Owner-XXXX).

4. Your right to delete

You can request deletion of your idea at any time. We will delete the details from the main database, and backups within 30 days. The timestamp record in the audit log remains (for transparency, but without content).

5. Encryption

All details are encrypted with AES-256 at rest. All connections use TLS 1.3. PDFs are stored in secure storage.

6. Compliance
